I am going to Paris in June!

The wife and I are going to Paris at the end of June and I am really looking forward to it. I am wondering how I can fulfill my passion of classical guitar while there.We will be going to St. Chapelle church for a classical concert one night, not guitar, but was wondering if there is anything that might be happening or worthwhile while we are there.Any and all suggestions are appreciated.

If you are not only interrested in classical guitar you can go to a café : for example la Casa Pepe rue Mouffetard 5em with flamenco guitarists, or Utopia café concert rue de l'ouest 19e,blues,country or atelier Charonne rue charonne 11e jazz, manouche or Satellit café : rue de la folie Mericourt 11e on june 5th Michel Gentils will play- but I don't know a specific café only for classical guitar players - enjoy your stay in Paris !

You can (and should) swing by La Guitarreria: http://www.yelp.com/biz/la-guitarreria-paris they have a lot of flyers for all concerts in Paris and suburbs. They will tell you where to go, no doubt.
Other guitar shops in the same are, so not a waste of time to try new stuff...

This period is not necessarily the best as all "conservatoires" have run their exams and teachers are off... mostly around the world.

We visited a small cafe in Montmartre and heard some wonderful Gypsy Jazz! I am now a fan of Django Reinhardt and j'adore Paris!
